Patrick Henry High, in Minneapolis Minnesota, asked the Capture Marketing crew to develop a design that would incorporate their mission state, vision, and their core beliefs within their main office. Walking into the project, it was found that the school had a very clear idea of what they were looking for and supplied an 8.5”x11” sketch. The main obstacle I was left with when designing this piece, was that the design space they requested it to cover would be 19.5ft by 6ft, leaving an extra 6ft of extra space and a lot of type.
Tackling this project, I was able to design a graphic that spread the information evenly while focusing on the graphical elements of the piece, making it visually appealing while also informative.
